"N4PS3G". Yeah that's a canned argument. Soon as someone disagrees with something, they call you a 'Sony fan boy'. It is on both size, but when you put forth an effective argument...it is Sony bias, etc.
Fry's has Kinects lined up and down the music aisles - far shot from gaming, where a salesman was selling Kinect to a kid's father. Quickly the kid chirps in, "Just the 360 with the one controller. Not the 4 gigabyte."
I have been saying that for months upon months. Kinect is the future...just not in gaming. As a user-interface it is truly revolutionary when considering full-body input, but the user interface was perfected in the human hand (controller, mice, keyboard).
Bubs.
Personally, I was too weirded out to acknowledge her tits.
I'll go look again.
*Edit*
Nope. It's just the picture up top.
Pervs.
Revenue from consoles are irrelevant compared to the revenue from software...that's where the money is. Both companies are doing well in that regard. Taking total revenue - from software, hardware, etc. - Sony has been in the black for a while now.
They are constantly looking for issues in order to justify their existence.
Playstation Plus has nothing to do with XBL other than the fact they both cost $50. One is to drive people to its online store, the other is paying for online and other services which are free on the other console.
They are hoping the IPs will help sell Kinect. I fear a falling off on Kinect if there isn't anything more compelling than what we have now, but I doubt it will work.
Kinect needs a controller.
Kinect needs these titles more than these IP's need Kinect.
In the 70's (Not 80'S) electronics had wood veneers for aesthetics - Intellivison, Atari 2600, my Realistics 8-track - not make the entire unit out of wood. They were mostly metal/plastic still.
Ignorant. This is more 1800 than 80's - steampunk and what not. Ev
The only t'ing I constantly complain about the PS3 is that some game data will not back up.
Is it the same reviewer? Probably not. If it is, maybe they have new standards. I don't care. Read the reviews and not the rating. The rating is just a number some guy pulled out his ass.
Fine by me...but very, very doubtful.
I'm almost @ twenty a week later. I bet lots of gamers will reach the level cap for all mentors in one or two months time.
I like the game probably because it is my first MMO and I don't know any better. If I hit the level cap in a month (currently at 13)I may not renew, but still might pick it up later in the year.
From comments:
"I like DCUO because I'm a casual gamer now, though I'm still a passionate video game fan. I felt that DCUO kept all the qualities that make it a mmorpg, yet made it less tedious. I actually felt like I was playng a video game, and not...
Don't believe for a minute that Microsoft is abandoning the hardcore. They need more first party, but hardcore games are going to be there with all the multiplats, which is what 360 gamers probably mostly play anyway. They just need more first party hardcore games...!
I think Kinect will be adaptable to whatever the devs dream up. The impetus is on them on whether Kinect is casual, hardcore or both.
First time for both MMO and DC. Loved the beta - gladly pay $15.
Grew up reading Avengers, and upset about the Thor vs. Superman fight in Busiek's JLA vs Avengers crossover. Won't have a character called Odinson or something. Made my own character for the upcoming beatdouwwn!
Deus X
Handblaster
Gadgets
Acrobatics
I want to continue my character from the BETA!!!
